I knew better about that cream, I've had to deal with compound pharmacies before and they charge the shit out of insurance for cream that never seems to work no matter what it is made for.

As for the lawyers most are not qualified to practice in different states. Some will make sure close states they are able to practice but I doubt his lawyer was able to practice law in Florida so he can hire a new lawyer from FL and have him on record with his usual lawyer on the "team". Most of the time you just have to take the bar exam in that state you want to practice in and pay the fees for that state, etc. Most of the time it's not even worth it as most don't get enough cases from out of state to make it even worth it.
