You said Los Zetas recruit U.S gangmembers to serve as sicarios in "estacas" or cartel soldier units for Los Zetas commadantes, which is false. The article you posted is that the Los Zetas used American gangs for drug trafficking, weapon smuggling into Mexico and other operations in the U.S like any cartel. The article is very loosely using the word "recruit" as in working with the U.S street gangs for their operations in the U.S.
You're an idiot. You don't think some of those "other operations" have been hits? There are numerous news articles, if you actually cared to look it up of Los Zetas as well as other Cartels, pretty much all of them, recruiting gang members to carry out assassinations on US soil.
