also, I read the book iceman, and saw the movie, kuklinski was copying porno flicks for demeo, so maybe demeo used him, but he had enough shooters of his own. so kuklinskis claims of being a mob hit man I take with a grain of salt, also in the book he claims to have taken a mob hit, for 20,000 and gave the victims head to a mob guy, highly doubtful, like many of his claims.
