Any minority. Including an Irish person that overstays their visa, gets money under the table, doesn't pay taxes and becomes an unnecessary burden on the state - and there are a lot of them.
Irish, Italian, English, German, Somalian, Mexican. Doesn't matter to me.
We have citizens that are minorities. Perhaps you mean illegal aliens?
