the police figured if neighborhood watch can kill and get way then why can't they
There is no uptake in officers killing suspects. There's only an uptake in officers getting filmed on cell phones and security cameras.
Zimmerman had absolutely nothing to do with any cases of cops shooting suspects. That's just something you made up. Every shooting is an individual and separate case. Some are justified and some aren't.
