9/11 could have been prevented with better coordination between the intel community and law enforcement's boots on the ground, not to mention a president that actually took some kind of action in response to the memos released beforehand. CIA made it clear it was going to happen any day. Bush was more concerned with business deregulation or something. Terrorism is preventable on many levels. Sadly, the world's leaders, including this nation, can't get beyond using blanketed bigotry as a strategy.
