New here; really have enjoyed browsing the forums, figured I'd make an account. My first thoughts are - was Frank Salemme ever officially made into the Patriarca family? I understand eventually he briefly became Boss around 91 - but who if anyone ever officially inducted him?
Patriarca sr trusted Salemme but dont made him because he wanted that only the full blooded italian must be made and Salemme mother was irish. In 1972 went to jail and 17 y later was made after went out. For the rats question the Patriarca had less 10 rats: vinnie Teresa,Sonny mercurio,Salemme and other 2 in the 2000s if I remember well not many for a small family while the colombos had until now 17 rats.
