Man, that is awkward. Frank must have set that up. I just got done reading Rat Pack Confidential. Sammy dealt with so much racism from Frank's "friends" (made or otherwise), it's amazing he stuck around for so long, especially in the '60s when blacks in America were starting to think and live on their own terms. That picture's just sad. I like Carlo Gambino in comparison to other gangsters. But as someone born and raised in the post Civil Rights Era? Fuck Carlo Gambino. And I know that's what Sammy's thinking too, as Frank says "say cheese!!".
