Penknife is someone who is commonly spoken about on forums like these by the "Phillyites", but is rarely if ever mentioned in articles and police reports. I just recall him being mentioned during the Natale testimony and I think he even went down in some investigation with a bunch of other Merlino guys. Think it had something to do with trucking.
