Across new england there's a lot of organized books. Rhode island to Boston and every town and small city between. Its hard to imagine a huge city like Philly ain't making the big bucks. I get all these Internet's sites take bets but aren't all the banks local bookies. Like someone posted the Philly family inducted probably 15+ new members in the last 10 years. That puts them on pace like the 80tys 40+ members right?
