He would definitely blunder Binnie, the question is blunder about what exactly.

It's obvious Trump is ignorant about the world. The comments he made to a crowd about Joe Paterno showed his deep ignorance and that he lives in a bubble, all the more hard to believe when you consider how rich he is.

Let's construct a red phone scenario for Trump. Let's say he was president instead of Barack Obama in the face of Syria's Bashir Al Assad. What would Trump have done? It's possible he would have exercised President authority to launch attacks up to 60 days in length in the interest of national security. Such a decision has great ramifications because with the Syrian government destroyed and Syria descending into Chaos, only Congress can approve the troop commitment to rebuild that country and restore order ("If you break it, you own it" - Colin Powel)

It's also possible that Trump means what he says about not being into nation building, and that like an isolationist he would tell the Syrians that they are on their own with their chemical weapons wielding despot of a President. It's a difficult one.
