It is Tommy Bilotti brother. I thought he was shelved but TommyGambino on here informed me he is still active, only a soldier who is semi-retired. Allegedly he is the messenger for the Gambino family down in Florida in the BR area. I am thinking the meeting took place in or around Newark NJ.
