Exclusive Gangster Report sources tab the two unnamed lieutenants observing the Disarro hit alongside Cadillac Frank as Mark Rosetti and Cadillac Frank’s younger brother Jackie, a capo and future acting boss of the Patriarca crime family, headquartered dually out of Boston and Providence since the early 1950s. One source said Rosetti and Jackie Saleme helped Frank Salemme, Jr. “finish off” Disarro.

Bobby the Cigar DeLuca, Cadillac Frank’s No. 2 in charge out of Providence, turned FBI informant in the late 2000s and allegedly pointed authorities to Billy Ricci’s property for where he took the Salemmes to bury Disarro, a well-known and popular Boston nightclub maven and millionaire several times over. DeLuca has told the FBI the mobster contingent laid Disarro to rest on what was a construction site in which a defunct mill was converted into the building it is today, per sources. Ricci, a member of DeLuca’s former mafia inner circle, pled guilty to drug charges this month and according to those familiar with the Disarro inquiry, as part of his plea deal he had to agree to let the FBI search his property for Disarro’s remains.
