It was apparently around the time of Montagna's murder. They're investigating if supposed evidence in relation to that murder case was leaked to select reporters, when it was supposed to remain confidential for the courts. I don't remember what exactly the articles said at the time, but whatever it was, some of the information they possessed and possibly later put into articles, should not have been shared. As it was supposed to remain confidential as case evidence.


But like the Gazzette article says, the "evidence" is under a publication ban, so for the time being, we don't know what that "evidence" is. At least, I am currently unaware of what the evidence is.
