Also you said that the Outfit had "relatively little involvement in drugs." While I agree with that for the upper echelon, I still think they have more than "relatively little involvement". And finally the Outfit is involved in other rackets, prostitution, real estate scams, police and political corruption, and while the political corruption isn't what it used to be, they still have powerful Chicago politicians in their pockets.
