The first Paisan on the Court, I did disagree with a couple of his opinions in particular. You New Yorkers should note that he was from Queens(Ginsberg is from Brooklyn).

His strict construction interpretation of the Constitution reminds me of Robert Bork who President Reagan also nominated, but who withdrew from the nomination. Scalia was a little too verbose for me when it came to his commenting on the Court's majority opinions when he dissented. The justices should not do that. Nevertheless, jurists will note his contributions to jurisprudence as important.
