James T. "Blackie" Licavoli also known as "Jack White" (August 18, 1904 − November 23, 1985) was a Cleveland, Ohio mobster who came to power after the death of long-time boss John Scalish. Licavoli was the first organized crime figure to be convicted under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO Act).
