Yes, the touchscreen is just a selling point, but can still use keyboard. Windows 10 is based on touchscreen features but most people will just be using their keyboards after a week.

Webcams are pretty much standard on laptops but CHECK in the specs that it's there and what resolution it is.

If you have the time, i.d. a few choices online that are good values and head to retail electronics store next time you're out to physically see how those models function and look in real life(including the cameras).

There's a term for doing that that escapes me now, when person examines item in person in retail store.....likes it and then finds it for better price online and buys it.
