Richard Libertini, 82, was one of the greatest comic character actors of the 70s and 80s. His neurotic embezzler turned Dr. Bob Hartley's practice upside down, and he turned up at the 12th Precinct once, claiming his name was "1223." Always perfectly believable no matter how unlikely the character:
"All of these men were good listeners; patient men."
