Brain dead mayor of Philadelphia tells reporters that man who shot police officer had nothing to do with Islam. He said it immediately after the police commissioner said the shooter confessed to doing it in the name of Islam and Allah because American law violates Quranic law. He said it after the commissioner played a video showing the shooter wearing Muslim garb.
