Avellino and Mig had the same mindset, pmac. They both got very wealthy at young ages and became more white collar as the years progressed. As close as they were to the top at one time, neither showed much interest in running things.
Pb I assume you mean sal not his brother right? Guy seems like a pretty smart successful capo for a long time not withstanding the bug in his Jaguar.
