Double jeopardy comes in to play on the murder charge. They could always come back with "violating his civil rights" or some shit like that. They have to change the charge to have any chance of coming back after him, but after cases like in Philly with Uncle Joe, etc. and now this I just don't see them wasting time with many other mafia cases unless they are caught dead to rights.
