Will Asaro be released or will he still be held if the government appeal the decision?
He would be released, but honestly I doubt the Feds try it again. Maybe they do, but it won't be with all the charges this case had.
I thought he was done with the stuff he said on tape only, what actually helped him was the jury not trusting his cousin that was wired up talking to him (or whatever he was I haven't followed too closely)
