now what got jack b and tommy D under indictment was that loan the guy a bonanno assoiate loaned 75k to a gambino assoicate who owned a car wash now i am not completely sure why but for some reason vinny, tommy D and Jack B felt entiled to some of the money. I think it was vinny who told them about the loan so he was to get his cut he was expecting a good bit but i think Tommy D took 15k which angered vinny as he was expecting a bigger share
