I have always wondered why he didn't. I know he was all about the rules, but he was Anastasias boy and knew what Don Carlo did. Also more then likely played a part in one or both of Mangano brothers deaths.He had to know if it went to war he'd have serious advantages on Paul. Would he if Paul tried to go after his nephew over the tapes or Gotti? Most posters on here have solid opinions and I would like to get some other opinions on this.
