Over 40 arrested in Naples Camorra operation Suspects believed to belong to, or have links, with clans
(ANSA) - Naples, September 18 - Carabinieri police arrested 43 people in the centre of Naples and in other areas as part of a massive operation targeting Camorra mafia clans on Friday. The officers implemented 34 warrants to jail suspects, while nine others were put under house arrest. They are suspected of crimes including mafia-style criminal association, extortion, drug trafficking and illegal possession of weapons of war.
