Merlino's Boca is minus Joe for the summer. It will reopen in the Fall. So I don't blame him for keeping "guys around him." After all he was shot in the ass once. Spending 15 years in the can+halfway house n back again for 3.5 months for "commingling with convicted felons" would be a long time for him to b in a controlled environment.
