I have not seen any evidence of Fratianno coming to Australia, just him meeting with Aussies in the States. I assume it's referring to Rizzitello or Tham? I've actually discovered more tangential links back to Mr Sin, Abe Saffron. Not directly, but sort of same interest, third party type of shit. Mainly through Murray Riley and Richard Reilly.
