I always wondered how Melfi's shrink didn't recognize Tony in the parking lot.

Ok it was meant to be dark, but pretty sure Melfi's shrink knew who Tony Soprano was. They played him out to be obsessed with mobsters, how he called the NY situation lol.

"Bluto-type character", thought he would have clocked Tony's face.
