I remember thumb tacking the palm leaves we got at church to the wall over our beds during Easter time. Not sure why I remembered that in the middle of summer but there you have it.
I don' thumb tack them but hang them around pictures. I always thought it was neat how some people could braid them into a decent looking cross.
Does anyone celebrate St. Lucy's Day with rice balls? Might not be a popular tradition with everyone.
