The strange thing is the NY pic, how did Scott not realize how old that picture was? Unless he was getting the pictures from this board. I mean, we all know he reads this board. He posts here, too.

My only issue was this theory is -- why doesn't he just follow Merlino himself? It doesn't seem like Merlino is too picky with who he lets follow him.
