No, in my opinion Watts was an associate in a class by himself.
But the Rudaj guys hit their peak after Frankie went away and Zef went away for his part in the phone card scam. But had their paths crossed earlier, I doubt they would have challenged him.
Maybe I'm wrong I thought you said a few of the Bronx Rudaj guys who messed with Loscalzo were scared of Zef, maybe someone else said it
