Zef Mustafa is mentioned in the book Blood Oath by George Fresolone. Fresolone was made guy in the North Jersey crew of the Philadelphia family who flipped. In the book Fresolone wrote that even though he knew lots of killers ever since he was a kid, Mustafa was the only guy he ever felt uncomfortable around, he wrote that he just sensed Mustafa was a killer the first time he met him.
