Joe is legit, his brother Tommy was the only one involved in the life. That doesn't mean he didn't get help from his family. Carlo left money to his kids, no one knows how much, but his kids seem well off. Joe did sell his trucks in NY, but I think he has a trucking outfit in New Jersey.
