Salvatore Montagna was born in Canada, but later on was raised in Castellammare Del Golfo, then moved to New York. I do believe he visited Montreal during this time as he still had relatives in Canada. Montagna had contacts with Manno and Renda during the 90s, so it is not out of the possibility of him meeting Vito before George was killed. He may have been made during the mid 1990s, but all information by LE had him made by 2000. As for Bravo, he was sent for twice and didn't even try to show up.
