Merlino is not the boss, he doesnt want it. He may get an envelope each month but he wants nothing to do with it. Philly is being run by 3 guys and Merlino is not one of them. Not because he cant but because he doesnt want it. He lives a good life in Florida and everyone agrees he has a target and would be bad for everyone. Georgie isnt nearly as hated as everyone here thinks, lots of guys like him.
