It's 15 a a year for a permit where i live but you can pay up five years in advance but no more over that. 25 a year? I assume you live in Montgomery, that has to be one of the strictest cities in Alabama Imho. They have been talking about taking that away for a few years now, and I only recently heard they got enough signatures to move it forward, but not to take a vote yet.
