Certainly. For those here outside of NY, I think it's fair to say that everyone in NYC certainly didn't have the same opinion about it (the phrase Giuliani Time).

That type of person might sound like a hick, but we actually need them to keep society civil.

I wasn't referring to you. I was painting a more accurate picture of New York City as a whole: Anti giuliani, Pro giuliani, and those who don't know and don't care. Some people are actually "apolitical".
