I like the mineral zinc. 25-50mg at bedtime to lower cortisol, helps sleep and libido i find.

Zinc's good for supporting healthy testosterone levels and is a common nutrient deficiency.

Zinc is also a natural mild anti-aromatase inhibitor.

Won't give you no juice gains obviously, but good for health regardless.
