He needs to die and it's too bad he cannot be tortured. Back in the 90's I heard that it costs around $75.000 per year to keep a person in prison. I am sure that the costs have skyrocketed by now. I might be wrong, but don't they require a unanimous jury verdict to put him to death ?? If so, there was one jurist who already said she doesn't like the death penalty.
