Recently seeing commercials/ads, I am only just hearing about it. Yes, I do plan on watching. Are his kids involved in this special?

TIS, Sinatra's children were not part of the portions I watched. The parts I enjoyed most were those where he spoke about various subjects such as racial segregation.

I'm guessing you saw part II.
I'm watching part 1 now and it's really interesting. It starts from his parents coming to Ellis Island, his birth, childhood, etc. Comments by Nancy Sr., Nancy Jr., Frank Jr., Tina Sinatra. Sinatra was 12 lbs at birth; His father had a job at one time guarding trucks of bootlegged liquor.
