I think it's more likely a bluff because THE WHOLE USA GOVERNMENT planning such an insane thing is too much even for politicians in my opinion. I still would like to believe that, corrupt as they may be, the majority of theirs wouldn't treat THEIR OWN country like a chess piece. Everything is possible in politics, but I think this one won't be true.
