The Demeo crew and the Vario crew get a lot of recognition as two of the most feared crews in lcn history. Is there any other crews over the years that have been just as feared? If so who was there family, capo and members?

I suppose the chicago outfit crew of de stefano and spioltro would have had a fearsome reputation too?
