Not to veer off topic, but I have always liked the term TCB. Started with Elvis and his posse calling themselves "The Memphis Mafia". Word is that The King purchased gold rings with the initials "TCB" spelled out in diamonds. I think that might be my next tattoo. But you are absolutely correct about Eugene. I think his character got short changed in the series. He would have made a somewhat hot-tempered, but effective underboss.
