This a list of some of the most notable pardons (and commutations) granted by US Presidents since George washington. I usually don't cite Wiki sources, but I reviewed it and it looks legit:
Nixon's pardons were the most shameful imho: 2 gangsters (who in my opinion surely committed murder on certain points of their careers) and 1 war criminal (killed children and women). Not some petty crooks.
Willie Marfeo to Henry Tameleo:

2) "Get out of here, old man. Go tell Raymond to go shit in his hat. We're not giving you anything."
