The new market is right next door to the prison barge in Hunts Point. One of the government offices that monitors the weights and measures and cost to sell ratios for the fish market is actually located INSIDE the barge. The outside monitoring is done by fucking Giuliani's private security firm. No conflict of interest there, though .
