He's had his case delayed for years over DNA evidence, he's due back in court on 2/23/15. If you look at one of the first posts, his court docket has been attached.
I'm sure that DNA plays a small role in things. But when you get a violent crime like that delayed for that many years with a mediocre lawyer, you're a rat. Plain and simple.
There was something written about an earlier fraud case in a denim company that he was involved in (Daddy obviously gave him the seed money). The charges were suddenly dropped against him, yet his partners got prosecuted. I wonder what happened there?
This guy has been involved in everything from fraud to meth to home invasions, yet he seems to skate quite a bit. But a guy like him? His worst enemy is time. Because in the end, time wins every time
