He's had his case delayed for years over DNA evidence, he's due back in court on 2/23/15. If you look at one of the first posts, his court docket has been attached.
Let's just hope it doesn't get delayed again. What's the minimum he can get? I'm sorry if it says all of this in the documents you put in your first post I didn't really read them all word for word or anything.
