I read that the maintenance workers were using a blowtorch welding starting the fire accidentally. The sad part is that instead of calling 911 immediately they waited to put a call into their supervisor first. Bad decision.

Edgewater was a dump but now it's prime property. Beautiful skyline view of the city.
