Gabriel "Kelly" Mannarino, longtime time Underboss to John LaRocca and partners with Meyer Lansky, Santo Traficante and Russell Bufalino in the Sans Souci Hotel & Casino in Havana, Cuba was by all accounts the most connected Pittsburgh mobster over the last 50 years. This could be a great discussion, so any Pittsburghers or regional mob followers, I'd love to hear your thoughts on who and why.
